Data deletion process for Pits Agencies and ForeverSakie app users
Effective date: April 7, 2026
How to Request Deletion
Send an email request to:
Use subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include your account email address and, if available, phone number used in the app/website.
Identity Verification
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership before deletion (for example, by confirming a one-time code or responding from the registered email address).
Deletion Timeline
- Request acknowledgement: within 72 hours.
- Completion target: within 30 days after verification.
- If legally required retention applies, full deletion may be partial and delayed for the retained records only.
What We Delete
- Profile information (name, phone, date of birth, account details).
- Authentication data (tokens/sessions).
- App/website personal preferences linked to your account.
What We May Retain
Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations:
- Transaction, order, booking, and tax/audit records.
- Security/fraud-prevention logs.
- Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce legal rights.
